If your motivation is routine practice in the gym, cycling, or yoga, is to slimming the body, you should start doing it in the morning before breakfast time. Exercising before breakfast proved to be more effective to ablate fat compared with exercise at any other time.
In addition to burning fatter, exercising on an empty stomach is the more effective in reducing blood fats cause blood vessel blockage.
According Dr.Jason Gill of the University of Glasgow, exercise can actually be done anytime and bring positive benefits for health. However, exercise in the morning before breakfast will encourage the body to burn fat stores into energy.
"When you aim to lose weight means having to reduce fat," he said.
Gill and his team conducted a study of 10 men who were asked to come to the lab three times a cardiovascular study. Each arrival they were given a breakfast menu.
On the arrival of the first, the men were not told to exercise. On another day, they were asked to do a brisk walk before breakfast, and the third time they exercise after breakfast.
Those who exercise have certainly burn more fat than those who eat breakfast alone. However, those brisk exercise before breakfast burn 33 percent more fat than those who exercise after breakfast.
The test results also showed respondents decreased blood lipid levels, a risk factor for heart disease.
Gill explained that we do not have to worry about working out on an empty stomach because the body has energy reserves to be used to exercise about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Even so if you are not able to exercise on an empty stomach, according to Gill, it was better than not doing any physical activity. Only, the weight loss may run longer.
